The 'Great' room:
Up to the first floor of the Palazzo and into the apartment, you will be welcomed by the large living room. What was once The 'Great' room of Villa Castelli has been re-instated with it's original frescos and now takes centre stage as both a fireside living room and dining room. Furnished with Pop art, an antique Library table that can comfortably accommodate 8 people and a sitting area that can easily host a full party of 8, this truly is a great room for enjoying each other's company. Relax after a long day on the lake and enjoy a meal together.
The kitchen
Directly from the living room is the kitchen. With frescoed walls, ample counter space, fully equipped with appliances, you will find all you need to prepare your meals. This room also offers vintage features such as the shop cabinet as a part of the kitchen unit and an original carpenter's work bench!
The den
The kitchen flows to the den, a light and airy room, with original frescos and painted wood ceilings. With an LED TV complete with Chromecast for watching your favourite streaming services and a retro-LP turntable system you can enjoy you can sit back and relax.
This room also opens out onto the private garden that offers garden furniture ample enough to host all 8 guests both at the table and lounge. It also includes a BBQ pit to top off your cooking facilities. From the private garden, you can access the communal area of the condo and the shared swimming pool to cool off on the sizzling summer days!
Four luxury bedrooms:
There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms within the apartment, two with super-king beds, one with a king bed and one with twin beds. In addition, two of the bedrooms come complete with en--suite bathrooms.
